On Fifth Avenue in West London is an old shoemaker located. Shoemaker began operations in 1937 and has since transferred knowledge and workshop inherited. Accordingly, the same approach as seventy years ago. Designer couple – and the couple – Astrid Olsson and Lee Cotter has been inspired by the old methods of English shoemaking and tailoring. Something they really managed to pass on to their own brand.
Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair draped garments really smacks of perfect details, uncompromising quality and an inescapable feeling of genuineness.
At this year’s Elle gala was Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair nominated in the category “Best Newcomer”. This spring also opened the first own shop on Bond Street in hip SOFO in Stockholm.
The men’s collection is based on a strict silhouette. Classically tailored jackets and shirts, old men chinos and skinny jeans. A small selection of leather goods – belts and weekend bags – are also represented.
